2018 RBC Canadian Open, Glen Abbey Golf Course, Oakville, Ontario, Canada

Not the only player who had an over par last round at The Open Championship last week. I dont think he will feel he let himself down. If he isn't too disappointed then this week he will know his form is winning form, so he is my pick at 40/1.

If Kevin Kisner isn't the one this week, maybe one of these will be

Joaquin Niemann PGA Tour stats....click the pic

This young Chilean player has more than a few things going for him. One is that he wants to be the best ever Chilean player which will be easy enough. The next is he reeeaallly wants 'it'.... and third is.......he has 'IT' the X Factor I mean. Only a matter of time before he gets a win. This week he is 33/1. The bookies are scared!

Joel Dahmen PGA Tour stats....click the pic

Joel Dahmen is hitting some steady form on the PGA Tour. He was Order of Merit Leader and Mackenzie Tour-PGA TOUR Canada Player of the Year in 2014, so this venue will feel a bit like being back home (even though he is from Washington USA). I like him at 100/1

Harold Varner III PGA Tour stats....click the pic

I picked Harold Varner III for the Jonh Deere a few weeks back and he came in 6th. He didn't qualify for the Open so with a weeks rest and in the best form of his PGA Tour life, I think he will go well once more at 100/1.

NEW betting category this week.....Top 20 finish, means 20 chances to win, makes sense to me!

Performance last week

I got my first win last week at The Open with Francesco Molinari at 33/1, and nabbed joint 2nd as well with Xander Schauffele at 125/1. The pros got a few places, noteables being...... golfalot.com, pgagolfbets.com, planetgolfreview.com picked Justin Rose T2nd.
