Sam Saunders
Surely it can only be a matter of time before Sam Saunders comes good and genuinely contends for a title. At 125/1 the bookies dont rate him but he might just surprise this week.
Jordan Spieth
Jordan Spieth is my favourite player, and had a great final round at last weeks tournament. I am going to select him this week, even though the bookies are giving nothing away by pricing him as 11/2 favourite.
Jimmy Walker
Jimmy Walkers battle with Lyme disease has been well documented, and medication seems to have it more under control. He is now showing some improved form, so he is one of my picks for this week at 22/1.
My performance last week!
Im not going to be feeding my son with my skill at picking winners of golf tournaments. Last weeks selections were a bit pants with my no.1 pick Bryson Dechambeau (T37th) going closest. Not sure which round it was, maybe the 3rd, he was on the first tee waiting to tee off and was yawning his head of!!! Great!
I would have looked like a much better tipster if I have gone for Jason Dufner T5 and Tiger Woods T11 who I picked the week before at the Wells Fargo.....but I didn't.
This is what the pro's think this week......

Golf..... shot accuracy.... do the gurus have it wrong?
The psychologist George Humphrey referred to this parable in his 1923 book... The story of man's mind:[6] "No man skilled at a trade needs to put his constant attention on the routine work," he wrote. "If he does, the job is apt to be spoiled............read more!
