Terms of Sale
- We will make our best attempt to return the refurbished item within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
- For the return of the club the default postage type available is Hermes/economy (3-5 day courier), as well as having faster courier options (24-48 hour) available for an increased fee.
- Any damage caused during the delivery process is the responsibility of the courier, and therefore we will not be responsible for reimbursement of your postage cost. It will be discussed at this time whether you want to continue with the service or have your item returned to you.
- It is your responsibility to package your item(s) properly, to avoid damage during the courier service.
- Photographs will be taken of your items upon arrival and any potential work-halting marks will be reported to you before any work has started.
- Badges and stamping missing upon arrival will not be replaced.
- Our finishes do not have a warranty, any damaged caused after our returning of the item is not our responsibility and refunds will not be issued. It is the responsibility of the buyer for upkeep of the club after it has been returned to them, a refund or re-work on the club will not be offered if the club rusts or wears.
